> Staffing Agent - If you prefer being an Employment Agent who helps with staffing, consulting & client relations, then this gig is for you! Provide your clients with the best kind of jobs, projects, benefits, salaries, careers AND business opportunities and get paid for it! We prefer that you have some recruiting experience OR an avid interest.
> Sales Manager - If you're a sales manager who is eager to work with multiple service packages harnessing the best marketing and communication skills to provide lots of value to our clients - you'd have a chance to build your reputation and your business network by staffing/training others how best to market our affiliate programs.
> Web-Developer - If you love building great websites & apps, then join the team as an official developer working for Novention and for any other non-competing parties, thereby extending your project capacity and total income along with the net value of your professional portfolio.
Knowledge of modern AND classical programming is mandatory.
> Marketing Agent - If you want to offer ANY kind of marketing solutions via Novention, you can work as a contractor on such things as: advertising campaigns, marketing research, analytics, newsletters, catalogs, flyers, web-content, social AND business media.
Blogging is optional yet it CAN be somewhat important...
> Trainer/Advisor - if you'd like to be one of our top mentors for the business certification program, then you need to have some kind of executive experience or you'd need to have an extensive business education background OR you can also get yourself certified. Train, mentor, conduct conferences, seminars, give certification courses!
> Business Agent - If you're skillful at negotiating best deals and rates while maintaining neutrality of commerce, then you should be Novention's private agent. This job is more complex requiring more intellectual labor and more experience. It's very different than being a PR Manager. You'd be representing the best interest of all our clients.
> Funding Agent - If you have a financial knowledge-background, consider being a Funding Agent who'd be helping obtain essential resources & funding for new projects. Scout for the right collaborations, contracts and connections. The compensation can be quite generous. Business law knowledge is not required but VERY desirable.
> Blogger/Writer - If you have excellent writing and typing skills and if you love journalism/publishing articles, reviews and opinion columns, then take your freelancing career to the next level and get your butt employed by Novention's Special Affiliate program where you'd be working independently publishing content for companies.
Terms and Conditions
We are employing only in the United States on a contract basis at will. You MUST be authorized to work in the US. The opportunities that we are providing are perfect for those who had been previously self-employed / independent workers / contractors. Especially, it's for those who would like to be self-employed Novention Affiliates working from your home office. This way you could still work independently at your own pace and discretion while at the same time boosting your income potential from using the Novention branding / image, influence, technology, connections and all the consulting services for free. All the current positions are mainly part-time and self-employed with an affiliate-partner independent agent contract-agreement. So what does it mean to be a Novention Agent and what type of jobs are available?
Typically, a self-employed Novention Agent would keep as much as 80% of their income under our system, which means you have more control over how much contract work you're willing to assume. As an independent affiliate, you'll be responsible for deducting your own taxes in accordance with the tax laws governing your state/or country. Novention is not responsible for any wrongful reporting that results from an independent agent's financial mismanagement regardless of accidental or intentional inaccuracy. Furthermore, Novention cannot be held liable for any unlawful or unethical practices committed by the agents outside of our ethical binding agreements. In case of unlawful infringement/intellectual property rights violations or any type of misappropriation of our image and content, there are rules and regulations meant to provide protection to anyone under the scope of employment of Novention thereby making our company be entitled to indemnify and collect damages. As an independent contractor, you agree not to disclose to other parties any information that could be deemed as company trade secrets unless otherwise specified or permitted by a Novention principal-authority.
Essentially, if you're eligible for either of the positions, we promise to give you the the same fair consideration as to other candidates but if you stand out as our best possible choice, we promise to contact you ASAP by following up with any other contract details complying by the basic offer-consideration procedure. Of course, you'll be free to either accept or decline our offer at zero obligation. Lastly, it is your job to get familiarized with all the info we display in this site. This way, you're bound to make a more informed decision that would be in the best mutual interest overriding predisposed duty.
For now, all the above positions are all part-time under self-employment of independent contracting. There are 5 types of Novention relations:
1. Client (party of mutual interest to conduct business on a neutral basis with no direct association)
2. Member (special client that gets special benefits & discounts from reusing our services under a paid membership account of indirect association)
3. Associate (an official member who works in direct association with our company as an independent agent either on commission or an open contract)
4. Affiliate (a hired associate who works on a more exclusive behalf representing our agency on a private contract basis with direct involvement in our business)
5. Contractor (a formally hired affiliate who works for our company on a part-time or full-time basis being compensated mostly by our system of principality)
6. Partner (collaborating contractor who does not have a competing interest but would like to contribute & SHARE knowledge, labor, resources and capital)
7. Executive (managerial partner who only has the best interest of our company in total association with major economic decisions requiring more power)
[Relation "0" would be just a user who is browsing the site] All of these relations will determine the relative degree of your involvement that you'd be assuming according to your level of expertise and job position.

schedule a one-on-one consultation with a manager.
The positions listed here are meinly Contractor positions but your can also be an Affiliate at the same time OR Partner OR an Executive (depending on your level of active involvement with Novention)
For your privacy protection, we do not share any of your personal / application information with any other party. Whatever you share in this application will not be posted publicly nor used for unauthorized commercial gains. It is YOUR obligation to provide accurate information about yourself so we can assess your level of experience, competence and reputation. There is no need to provide any financial info nor any kind of personal info that's not relevant to the job positions. Sending in examples of your work with a track record would be more helpful. At this time, all employment is going to be part-time based on relative merit. For ethical reasons, if you wish to work with us, you may NOT be employed by any competing firm that would have a vested interest in obtaining our intellectual property out of being anti-competitive. If there is a conflict interest, then that firm would either have to become a strategic partner of business alliance OR we'd have to forgo any business relation altogether. Novention reserves the right to deny your application for any reason it deems appropriate, justifiable and legal without unfair discrimination. If you were to be hired, our company will try to provide reasonable accommodation that would in no way guarantee a prolific lifestyle as it would be your main responsibility to ensure that your complete performance can provide sufficient stability of independent compensation by working as an agent while acting on the principal's behalf (i.e. our company).
