Service Subscription Terms
Our subscription terms and policy adhere to general business ethics with no lock-in contracts. Clients can upgrade/downgrade or cancel any time within reason. Out of courtesy, we ask that you provide us with at least 1 week prior to cancelling the work budget or at least 1 week before the billing cycle is due for renewal. This gives us time to finish up remaining work so we can substantiate our services with a sufficient amount of work output and due care.
Many of the available benefits of signing up for automated billings include: loyalty discounts on other related projects, earning ad credits per every new client referral or receiving $50 per every new project/client referral as well as earning extra income with our reseller program.
Company Refund Policy
By clicking "Subscribe", you agree to hire Novention team on a specified agreed-upon monthly budget There are no locked-in contracts. You can upgrade/downgrade or cancel the budget any time by calling us directly. In the event of canceling prior to the work cycle completion of the billing cycle, client/employer may be eligible to receive partial credit/refund for the unfinished work. Otherwise, after the work has been deemed complete and after sufficient work updates have been sent, client/employer may no longer be eligible to receive refunds/credits (out of fairness for the finished work & effort)
Affiliate Services Terms
All the affiliate services NOT directly provided by Novention are sold by the affiliate companies on an “as is” basis without any false warranties from Novention. Refer to the terms and agreements of those companies for detailed service agreements and contracts between different parties of interest. This includes but is not limited to: web design platforms, domain registrars, scheduling software & calendars, cloud content and project management systems (cloud drives), certain social media software, and any telecommunications software for business phone technologies and call centers.
Novention will NOT be responsible for any damages or any technical or client service problems originating from those affiliate companies. In the event of a problem, you should contact those companies directly. Or if the problem seems to be with the Novention website, then contact [email protected].
Forms and Applications.
It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the information you provide on Novention application forms is accurate AND up-to-date. Any misappropriation of data or misrepresentation of your identity would result in a void contract – i.e. no acceptance and no consideration under any circumstances.
If an applicant submits a form with partial and/or wrong information, they are expected to provide a follow-up notification whether by phone or by email to Novention explaining what corrective actions ought to be taken with a reasonable accommodation.
When you submit an application form to Novention, you can be certain your information will be safe and will NOT be sold nor traded nor misused in a way. Novention uses state-of-the-art communication technology with extra filters, private CRM database and more secure inboxes. For transactions, we have 2nd party high-bit encryption layers.
Blogs and Media Content.
You, as a potential Novention affiliate, will have an option of posting either your own content for promotions or you may acquire new content from public domain sources that would allow reposting of the content with a specific agreement not to infringe on the copyrights by plagiarism nor by conversion.
To preserve any trademarks and copyrights, we have a standard procedure of displaying the name of the author, the publishing date, the original text-content and links back to the original source where the blog / media / article or product was found. This way it gives a fair consideration to authors and publishers.
If you own certain content that’s posted on our site, you can either let it drive more traffic and business back to your product-site OR you may propose a promotional deal (which would have to be in the mutual favor). You also have the right to request the taking down of the content, which we’ll respect and fulfill as soon as possible.
Novention Support and Benefits
In order to provide any career, business, employment or financial support, every Novention staff member HAS to be screened and approved by our administration and the founder. We have system that provides affordable high-value benefits. If you’re dissatisfied with any of our services, we’ll find ways to improve our system.
Our support and benefits services will in no way facilitate any direct affiliation with your company / organization or with you (as an individual). Any contracts / agreements would be governed by independent contract laws (applicable to California) as well as by Novention’s common policy of agent-to-principal and broker relations.
There are certain parts of Novention service platforms that are still being developed and improved for customer satisfaction and convenience. Since we are still at the start-up mode, we make no express nor implied warranties to guarantee that you will have no problems utilizing our system. We also have good client / tech support that you can use.
Collaborations and Funding
After submitting your application, you (the applicant) leave the evaluation process up to our sole discretion based on our project guidelines, terms and merits. Because of our limited resources and time, we can only admit certain projects of higher potential. Refer to the project funding page for more info.
Unlike many typical programs, our funding program is meant to be self-funded. Novention employs the new trends of crowd-funding coupled with private submissions with the application fees paying for part of the administrative and the investment process. It also pays for the training, collaborators and mentors.
You’re welcome to modify, augment, delete, enhance or substantiate any part of your project plan by letting us know via email, skype, vcita or phone. It would be in your best interest NOT to withdraw your project-venture from the program as there will ALWAYS be opportunities to reapply or gain connections.
Reselling of Other Products
Resellers can be allowed to form special affiliate deals to promote and sell our proprietary AND non-proprietary services. Conversely, Novention may form special agreements with companies to market and sell their best / new products under an affiliate partnership with no fiduciary duty on profits and losses on their equity.
Users who use 3rd party Application Product Interfaces (APIs like PayPal payment gateways and contact/scheduling forms) on our site are bound to comply by the terms of use of those companies whose interface modules are integrated with the Novention website.
Technical Support
Part of the web-platform was developed by another non-affiliated party and part of it was designed by Novention (with other affiliate companies supplying some of the content). You cannot hold Novention nor other affiliates liable for unforeseeable technical problems that can arise from users failing to operate the website properly or from incidental natural occurrences.
The website has been thoroughly tested to the best our knowledge and thus contains no malware nor any invasive scripts. ALL Novention's websites undergo regular testing. In the event of experiencing a technical issue, you may contact Novention at [email protected] - then we’ll communicate the issue to our tech-support developers so we can resolve it in timely manner effectively.
Novention company does NOT store any of your financial information. PayPal is responsible for processing transactions securely and efficiently via their highly encrypted payment gateways. If you have trouble with a transaction, you may either contact Novention tech support or you may also contact paypal support with any questions.
Jobs / Careers / Employment
Complying by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, we have reasonable requirements to work with Novention and its affiliate services. You have to be 18 years old, live AND be authorized to work in US + you would need to have the relevant skill-sets with applied knowledge, competence and experience.
According to our terms and conditions, you cannot be from a competing firm nor from any company that would have a vested interest in undermining the quality management of our organization. Mostly, you’d be employed on a contract basis “at will” either on a monthly contractor budget, hourly or on commission with incentives/bonuses and certain benefits.
Social Media Sharing
By sharing/distributing any Novention and/or other party’s content via promotional social media nets, you have the sufficient control over who sees the postings and what kind of content you are sharing. Thus, you cannot hold Novention liable for what you OR your contacts are uploading and sharing as part of community engagement of free public relations.
If you ever see something inappropriate, vulgar or offensive, you have an option of either not using the system or flagging / deleting or unsubscribing from certain content if it shows up in your updates. Regarding intellectual property, you would have to contact the party that hosts the application that distributes the content. If you have concerns about our website, you should let us know immediately so we can work on resolving it.
Protection of Privacy and Data
The entire website was designed with a minimal information required from the user or applicant input. Everything was intentionally developed with a premise to safeguard sensitive data from being compromised. To try to protect against fraud, we have monitoring systems with advanced security features. Our Novention website domain is also equipped with a standard SSL certificate, which does provide extra layers of web protection and date encryption while browsing.
Some of your basic info will only be used to give you relevant updates and announcements from our company and NOT from the affiliate networks unless you CHOOSE to become part of those networks by working with those companies or individuals. You do have the right opt out from any of our mailings or solicitations by contacting us directly.
For transactions we use a verified PayPal merchant account that displays our company name “Novention”. If you’re using the Novention website to sign up/purchase our services and programs, you can be reasonably sure that we are a reputable/verified merchant who will not misappropriate your personal/sensitive information.

In order to conduct business with our company (Novention), as a user of our website and/or of our services, you must acknowledge those conditions being relevant to services being provided to the extent of both: explicit and implicit agreements. At all times, we ask that you practice social responsibility to be accountable for anything that was agreed upon on your side of the work contract based on self-implied work specialty-role and your capacity to produce what is required from you in order for us to provide best results.
In the event of any other party infringing on the Novention brand name, copyrights and trademarks, will result in legal consequences and warnings and if the infringement continues, we will take further legal action (if necessary) to prosecute those to indemnify our company/brand of all that is owed for unlawlful infringement of our intellectual property.
To avoid frivolous legal problems and possible litigations, consult with us first on the proper usage of our innovations, names/brands, services, features, ads, banners, links, forms and other applications. IF you would like to use our name / logo / trademarks, business service models, paradigms, formulas or designs, you would NEED to contact us directly about this matter and depending on your type of industry affiliation and reputation status, we may consider working with you and your company OR we may accept you into our affiliate program with an exclusive permission granted by the management of our company Novention.

In order to become a Novention affiliate, you would have to be at least 18 years old, clean background and no severe disorders that will severely impact your level of competence under the scope of employment.

Employment Terms and Conditions
We are employing only in the United States on a contract basis at will. You MUST be authorized to work in the US. The opportunities that we are providing are perfect for those who had been previously self-employed / independent workers / contractors. Especially, it's for those who would like to be self-employed Novention Affiliates working from either our office and/or from home or other office locations. We expect our contractors to work independently at their own pace at their own risk. All the current positions are mainly part-time and self-employed with an affiliate-partner independent agent contract-agreement.
Typically, a self-employed Novention Agent would keep as much as 80% of their income under our system, which means you have more control over how much contract work you're willing to assume. In case of unlawful infringement, misconduct or any type of misappropriation of our image and content, there are rules and regulations meant to provide protection to anyone under the scope of employment of Novention thereby making our company be entitled to indemnify and collect damages. Essentially, if you're eligible for either of the positions, we promise to give you the the same fair consideration as to other candidates but if you stand out as our best possible choice, we promise to contact you ASAP by following up with any other contract details complying by the basic offer-consideration procedure. Of course, you'll be free to either accept or decline our offer at zero obligation. Lastly, it is your job to get familiarized with all the info we display in this site. This way, you're bound to make a more informed decision that would be in the best mutual interest overriding predisposed duty.
For your privacy protection, we do not share any of your personal / application information with any unauthorized soliciting parties. Only those who were authorized/approved to handle the HR side of hiring and screening may have access to your application-resume and certain personal info. Whatever you chose to share in your work application will not be posted publicly nor used for unauthorized commercial gains.
It is your obligation to provide accurate information about yourself so we can assess your level of experience, competence and reputation. There is no need to provide any financial info nor any kind of personal info that's not relevant to the job positions. Sending in examples of your work with a track record would be more helpful. At this time, all employment is going to be part-time based on relative merit. For ethical reasons, if you wish to work with us, you may NOT be employed by any competing firm that would have a vested interest in obtaining our intellectual property out of being anti-competitive. If there is a conflict interest, then that firm would either have to become a strategic partner of business alliance OR we'd have to forgo any business relation altogether. Novention reserves the right to deny your application for any reason it deems appropriate, justifiable and legal without unfair discrimination. If you were to be hired, our company will try to provide reasonable accommodation that would in no way guarantee a prolific lifestyle as it would be your main responsibility to ensure that your complete performance can provide sufficient stability of independent compensation by working as an agent while acting on the principal's behalf (i.e. our company).
Privacy Policy Update Jan 2020: in compliance with the current regulations, we (as a company) will not be sharing your personal/private/user information with unauthorized parties nor sell any of your info/demographics to other entities. This also applies to any information you willfully request not to be shared. Any contact forms coming via the Novention website will be privately and securely monitored. You, as a User/Client will be have an option to opt in OR opt out of certain communications with no questions asked without any detriments to your privacy. Under current provisions, you will have the right to request deletion of your data/info from our CRMs if you choose not to do business with us. Or else, in other circumstances, we would ask your direct permission to be in particular mailing list for the purpose of useful updates, free advice, special deals, discounts and new service announcements along with policy updates and system upgrades that pertain to our users.
